Gijs-Jan Kool (systems management & software development)

Gijs-Jan (12-3-1984) is putting the finishing touches to his computer science curriculum at intermediate vocational level (MBO) and has recently started the informatics course on higher vocational level (HBO). He manages to establish an excellent balance between his work for LabWing and school, a combination which offers him great opportunities for matching theory and practice.

At Labwing Gijs-Jan's tasks concern systems management and software development. Furthermore, he is getting ample room for specializing in subjects like multimedia, hardware innovations and website programming.

The rare moments you won't find Gijs-Jan behind his computer, he is probably spending time and energy on tougher sports like skating, biking, surfing and sailing. Occasionally you might find him waiting tables in Breda's place to be: ‘CafEETheater de Boulevard'.

He admits readily to be quite fond of Kirsten Dunst and has seen the movies she features in at least ten times each!
