The tools

LabWing offers a range of software products, providing customers with innovative ICT solutions to be applied in the actual and virtual laboratory environment. Though all these tools perform excellently as separate packages, they have been developed in such a manner that their combined, interconnected use offers unprecedented speed and efficiency. Needless to add that all these solutions are accompanied by an extensive technical service program including installation, user training, helpdesk, etc.

These tools comprise LabCarrier®, our lab-expert interface workstation that helps the technicians to reduce their working-time for calculating etc. up to 50% and that makes life for them much easier. LabCost® is our tool for integral costprice calculation, for a lot of laboratories still a subject of low interest because of its degree of difficulty. And we have a new interface system for laboratories, called LabChain®, connecting any type of instrument towards any type of LIMS, We also offer LabStore®, for ordering your lab supplies (reagents, disposables etc.) via the internet.And last but not least, there is Labs-of-Time®, the virtual lab service!

We did a lot of work and are proud that we realized the biggest part of the plans that we had communicated in August 2000: most of our products are available now. And of course, we keep developing to improve our solutions and products, with a listening ear to our customers who collaborate with LabWing yet and who give their input and suggestions. Thus improving our products, and optimizing our aims: to supply efficient and adequate ICT solutions to those laboratories looking for innovative and challenging new ICT solutions, thus improving their business and business processes.
