Breda (NL), 18-02-2014 - In today's age where the Internet is making the market increasingly transparent, it is important to be able to react quickly to any opportunity in the market.
With the help of the Internet platform Labs-of-Time®, laboratories can produce quotations based on actual cost prices in the blink of an eye. No more juggling with numbers, but a solid basis for putting a competitive customized quote on the table with your potential clients.
For producing quotations, the laboratory uses the Labs-of-Time® modules LabQuote® and LabCost®. Price lists are used to distinguish between customer groups and market sectors. LabQuote® prices are created on the basis of LabCost® cost prices or a price list already used by you.
The quotation is created in five simple steps: Choose an existing customer or add a new customer, select the relevant analyses, choose the appropriate price list and, if necessary, change the offer and determine any discounts to then create the fully customer-specific quote at the touch of a button. At the last step, LabQuote® generates the quotation in your house style.
The account manager can then choose whether you send the quotation in .pdf format by e-mail or give the customer access to the application to view the quotation. Of course, you can always print out the quotation and send it by post. Of course, the client can also request a price quotation directly from the laboratory.
