LabWing’s main objective is to facilitate day-to-day laboratory business with innovative,
mainly web-based software solutions designed and developed through extensive hands-on experience
in the lab environment. One of our core priorities is to streamline and harmonize data flows
into one efficient and transparent model, enabling laboratories to deliver top-quality test results
quickly, accurately and cost-effectively.
Due to the rapid growth of our applications, LabCarrier® (processing raw analysis data),
LabCost® (costing and management for laboratories), Labs-of-Time® (virtual front office),
LabChain® (universal equipment interfaces), and LabStore® (supplier platform), we are continuously
looking for enthusiastic employees. To strengthen our team, LabWing is seeking a:
Implementation Consultant
Innovative laboratory software
Analytical mind and research attitude is a must
Your job involves:
- Guide laboratory efficiency improvement projects.
- Visit potential customers and advise on our products and services.
- Maintain existing business contacts.
- Propose improvements and optimizations for our products.
- Project management responsibilities.
- Guide implementations for new customers.
- Provide training and onboarding.
- Represent LabWing in professional settings.
We are looking for:
- A laboratory expert with the expertise, communication skills and up-to-date knowledge at the intersection of laboratory technology and ICT.
- Someone who sees ambitious commercial objectives as a motivating challenge and contributes to the expansion of LabWing’s market presence.
- Relevant laboratory education at least HLO level (analytical chemistry).
- Experience in the laboratory sector.
- Theoretical and practical experience with laboratory software and instrumentation.
- An entrepreneurial and dynamic attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and trustworthiness.
- Strong team player but also effective independently.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch.
- Strong English; French and/or German are an advantage.
