Reporting
Laboratory reports contain information about the tests performed, the methods used, the results, and any interpretations or conclusions. After analysis, the results are recorded in a report, often including graphs, tables and descriptive text. This report serves as an official document used for further decision-making and reporting to clients, regulatory agencies or other stakeholders.
Accuracy, consistency and clarity are essential to ensure that the information is reliable and easy to understand.
For this purpose, we have the following functions available, among others:
Preliminary results
Normally, the lab sends preliminary results to Labs-of-Time® for review by the client, who can select and sort these results by orders, projects, origin, analyses and samples.
Authorization
A digitally generated signature allows the lab to create a digitally signed PDF report and prepare it online for the client, saving time and shipping costs.
Final Reports
The lab sends the final (encrypted) report to Labs-of-Time® for the client to download.
Archive
The client stores historical data in an archive file. Defining expiration dates provides the ability to automatically delete this information.
Report Generator
The client is able to create and print a self-selected report layout and export it to other computer systems for further use.
