The laboratory finance function is focused on managing financial resources and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. This includes budgeting and managing resources for laboratory equipment, supplies and personnel.
A crucial aspect of the finance function is managing costs in relation to revenues. Thus, the laboratory must ensure proper cost-benefit analysis.
For this purpose, we have the following functions available, among others:
Invoices
Function that creates invoices for the services provided by the laboratory. With the Invoice Generator, any type of invoice can be created according to the requirements of the lab and the individual client. These documents are exportable for use in other information systems.
Payments
Pay allows the client to arrange their payments to the laboratory online via credit card, bank or giro transfer, or PayPal. The laboratory can track debtors through Transactions, which provides a record of all transactions made.
Transactions
Provides an overview of all transactions performed, associated invoices and the status of payments.
Cost accounting
Fulfills the need for better insight into operational costs. Based on already available information, laboratory cost prices are calculated. Thanks to the linking of financial and laboratory information, the user gets a clear picture of returns on products and customers.
